During my 4-night stay, I truly appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room as well as the exceptionally friendly staff. Although the location is fantastic, being in the heart of Ljubljana, I did encounter some issues with communication regarding the reception's location and had to manage my luggage up the stairs. While my overall experience was positive, there are areas for improvement.
